Compared to the other smooth transitions, it seems to clunk from one to the other.

Reevaluating, you might say. Taking a hard, serious, sober look at my life. Did you know that there is a theory in physics that may suggest the existence of the soul as a scientifically verifiable fact? 
Super Symmetry suggests that for every solid mass, there is an invisible force that acts as a complement to the solid mass (Yin and Yang, perhaps?). Think about this…I am a solid mass, so therefore, there is an invisible force that is just like me, in some ways, and follows me around every day of my life. Some might say, my soul. Others might say my Yang.
