You never really know if you can actually do something that you believe to be impossible until you try. I had my doubts that I could paint a cool-looking torch. I dreamt big and gave it a try. I am quite happy with how I rendered it. Especially how I captured the color of the shiny, golden torch. This was made with ink and watercolor paint.

Shiny reflections are tricky. Find one and sketch it out with one eye closed and you’ll nail it.
