Some stuff I did for some friends of mine. Holly’s debut (top), and her first birthday (bottom, of course). Babies are easy to draw because they all look alike. Huge eyes, chubby face, and a big round head. You will also note that my friend, Bill, is wearing a Detroit Lions cap. We are both long-suffering Lions fans.

No. Don’t be silly.

This is a bit of animation I did for the True or Hoowie game. It just keeps on going and going! I don’t know why. I kind of like it. One of these days I will take the time to figure out how I did this! I wonder if this will automatically animate on Facebook. Let’s find out!

Hello!
I’m back! I figured that it was just about time to start posting again. Anything is better than nothing, right? At least, that is my theory.
Do I need to explain my absence? No. All I can say is… I ran out of stuff. That, and an addiction to Facebook Scrabble. But, I’ve got the itch to create again!
First, I must apologize for the True or Hoowie fiasco. Something has made them all go goofy. Regretfully, I am in the process of deleting all but one of the True or Hoowie games. (I’m going to keep one as a curious oddity from the past.) I might come up with something new. You never know.
Here’s a busy bee. It is the artwork on a “honey do” scratch pad.

Surewould Forest (The Lost Episodes)
To make a short story long, I was thinking that I tried to self-syndicate Doopy Joe, (and failed, by the way) but I couldn’t remember if I submitted it to newspaper syndicates or not. I still don’t know, but I don’t think I did. So I decided to give it a try.
I figured that the first step would be to dig out the old Doopy Joe originals. At present, I have only 16 finished Doopy Joes. The syndicates ask for 24 to 36 samples. To sustain consistency, I needed to know how I made them! While digging through my boxes of artwork, and fending off several spiders, I discovered two forgotten episodes of Surewould Forest. Here is the first, and the second is forthcoming. Enjoy!
PS……..I still haven’t found the old Doopy Joe originals. I will probably have to “reverse engineer” them from the copies that I have.
